- Collaborate with leadership to interpret and apply HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations cases, working closely with Legal and Compliance to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
- Guide and support leaders in performance management and employee development, including crafting necessary documentation.
- Innovate and implement new HR initiatives, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
- Design and deliver essential HR training programs, covering areas like compliance, succession planning, and performance management.
- Develop and manage various HR plans, programs, and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Enhance HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and organizing company events.
- Drive HR efficiency improvements by introducing best practices and new methodologies.
- Participate in special projects, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws, recommending necessary adjustments to policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations.
- Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR policy administration.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to foster effective relationships within the company.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required; we do not provide visa sponsorship.
