Join a dynamic team in North Billerica, MA, where you'll work onsite from Monday to Thursday. This full-time role requires flexibility for after-hours work, including scheduled cutovers. We are seeking a skilled professional to support our rapidly growing company by enhancing and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of LAN/WAN/Internet, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Analyze and report on network capacity and health.
- Implement industry best practices and standards across the network infrastructure.
- Manage corporate firewall infrastructure and SolarWinds monitoring tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and oversee network refresh initiatives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and business stakeholders for technical implementations.
- Provide support for the ongoing operation of the network infrastructure.
- Participate in after-hours work and on-call coverage as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on technical experience.
- At least 7 years in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network technologies, including Cisco devices and Palo Alto firewalls with Panorama.
- Experience in network hardware refresh and capacity planning.
- Strong expertise in data center and remote office network design and build-out.
- In-depth understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
- Proficiency in architecting and designing TCP/IP networks.
- Experience with SD-WAN network design architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud networking configuration and management.
- Knowledge of SASE architecture, tools, and processes.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Client for Radius and device administration.
- Experience with wireless controllers and Wi-Fi Access Points configuration.
- Preferred experience with zero trust tools such as ZScaler and authentication tools like Okta.
This role begins as a 6-month contract with potential for month-to-month renewal.
