Position Overview

As a trusted partner to our customers, you will recommend solutions to meet their needs and drive growth. You'll provide technical support to troubleshoot, enhance, and develop products.

• Handle complex customer queries and provide detailed information.

• Create and implement protocols for product growth and changes.
• Customer Alignment:
• Build strong relationships and understand customer challenges.
• Provide expert guidance to solve application issues quickly.
• Focus on new product introductions using our solutions.
• Enhance customer operations through process improvement.
• Conduct product and engineering reviews to capture value.
• Collaboration and Innovation:
• Partner with Sales to offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Technical Service for feedback.
• Identify product enhancements and new ideas.
• Participate in training and industry events.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience; packaging experience preferred
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent project management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Leadership qualities and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Understanding of plant processes
• Healthcare market knowledge (desired)
