Key Responsibilities
- Leverage cutting-edge power system analysis tools to forecast and optimize transmission system performance, focusing on electromagnetic transients.
- Conduct in-depth transient analysis for new generator connections, ensuring optimal system integration and performance.
- Evaluate and enhance existing and future transmission infrastructure through comprehensive transient analysis.
- Act as the primary liaison for external EMT studies, managing the entire RFP process and collaborating with consultants to achieve project success.
- Provide expert technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted Subject Matter Expert on both technical and procedural topics.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Engage in industry forums and committees to stay updated on technical standards and industry trends, sharing insights with peers.
- Craft detailed reports and deliver compelling presentations on the transmission system's status and performance to diverse audiences.
