- Facilitate regular sales forums to evaluate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and exchange successful strategies.
- Strategic Sales Planning:
- Craft and execute strategic sales initiatives that align with corporate goals and market dynamics.
- Set and review quarterly and yearly sales benchmarks, ensuring they are both ambitious and achievable.
- Utilize data analysis to uncover market trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences and competitive positioning.
- Identify emerging market segments and devise entry strategies to capture these opportunities.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return.
- Performance & Relationship Management:
- Monitor sales activities and performance using advanced CRM tools, generating insightful reports for executive review.
- Develop incentive programs to drive team performance and address any performance gaps proactively.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Territory & Regional Sales Oversight:

- Provide strategic support to the Tucson sales team, tailoring approaches to local market conditions.
- Ensure the Tucson team is equipped with the necessary tools and support to meet their objectives.
- A minimum of five years in a sales leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing or construction sectors.
- A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in sales strategies, market research, and competitive analysis, with familiarity in CRM systems and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of the outdoor living product market, including product specifications and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and senior management.
