We are seeking a dynamic professional to enhance our security framework, identify potential risks, and collaborate with management to implement effective mitigation strategies. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, SIEM, database monitoring, and file integrity monitoring, while ensuring our policies and procedures meet industry compliance standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering to assess and maintain our security posture.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits and penetration tests across applications and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate new security solutions to bolster enterprise security.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of security solutions and documentation.
- Develop threat models for cloud environments and train teams on attacker-driven design skills.
- Provide expertise on secure SDLC practices for software and firmware development.
- Partner with stakeholders to minimize security and privacy risks in deployed solutions.
- Stay informed on IT security trends, solutions, and emerging threats.
- Maintain and enhance our Incident Response Program.
- Advise management on compliance and security best practices.
- Respond to client and partner security inquiries.
- On-premise experience is essential.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in information security.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or OSCP.
- Proficiency in security reviews of application designs, source code, and deployments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of security advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, WAF, VPC, IAM) and tools like Terraform/CloudFormation.
- Comfortable with Python and able to read Java code.
- Proven teamwork skills and enthusiasm for technology development.
