Job Title : Recruiting Manager

Location : Anaheim, CA, on-site

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager who excels in both tactical recruiting and strategic workforce planning. This role is pivotal in assessing organizational needs, managing hands-on recruiting efforts, and leveraging external partnerships for high-volume, non-exempt workforce augmentation during increased business demands. The Recruiting Manager will be integral in sourcing strategies, revising job descriptions, and maximizing all tools within the talent acquisition and recruiting portfolio to deliver exceptional outcomes. Collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels, from the C-suite to line-level leadership, is essential to develop processes that drive high retention and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hands-on recruiting at all levels in English and Spanish.
  • Manage third-party relationships.
  • Assess organizational recruiting needs to support company goals.
  • Collaborate with management, leadership, and marketing.
  • Maximize tools recruiting tools to increase quality of hire and reduce costs.
  • Build and manage effective recruiting and processes.
  • Define key performance indicators.
  • Direct recruit passive candidates.
  • Promote employer brand to attract.
  • Manage successful candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR peers and company stakeholders.

Key Areas of Contribution :

Recruitment Operations Management :

  • Manage a desk of hands-on recruiting for key-level roles.
  • Leverage external partners to meet high-volume recruiting demands.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities align with organizational goals and standards.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning :

  • Assess organizational needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand unique department requirements.
  • Create high-value recruiting processes that enhance retention and performance.
  • Technology and Tools Optimization :

  • Maximize tools such as ATS systems and sourcing platforms, including Indeed, to optimize contract agreements and control costs.
  • Develop iterative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and challenging positions.
  • Regularly review and enhance the talent acquisition portfolio.
  • Metrics and Analytics :

  • Focus on key performance indicators such as offer acceptance rates, retention rates for high-volume positions, and quality of hire.
  • Iteratively report outcomes and adjust strategies to achieve measurable success.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Partnership :

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization, including C-suite executives and line-level leaders / management.
  • Understand and align recruiting efforts with departmental and functional needs.
  • Act as an advocate for the company's mission, vision, and values in all recruiting activities.
  • Candidate Engagement and Branding :

  • Engage and inspire passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Promote a compelling employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentorship and Development :

  • Utilize HR support for project-based initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop emerging HR talent as opportunities arise.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive recruiting environment with measurable successes.
  • Proven impact on business performance through strategic recruiting efforts.
  • Expertise in various sourcing strategies and ATS systems.
  • Experience managing high-volume roles at both non-exempt and professional levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to iteratively report and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Strong adaptability, communication, and flexibility skills.
  • A sense of urgency and commitment to excellence in recruiting.
  • Advocacy for the company mission, vision, and values.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (highly desired)

    Compensation :

    The projected annual salary is estimated at $110,000 - $120,000 per year, representing the low and high ends of the range. The actual compensation will be formulated by the client and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, work experience, education, and training.
