What You’ll Do:
As an Account Executive, Ad Sales, you'll build and grow key media partnerships across multiple industries, working with major brands to craft innovative solutions spanning digital, video, branded content, and social platforms. You'll spearhead revenue-generating strategies that include event sponsorships and experiential marketing, all while being part of a supportive, collaborative team culture.
- Client Relationships: Build, nurture, and expand partnerships with brands and agencies to achieve growth objectives.
- Creative Solutions: Develop integrated sales strategies that leverage assets to deliver impactful branded content, digital experiences, and sponsorships.
- Sales Leadership: Lead innovative client pitches and presentations while managing ongoing relationships to retain and grow revenue.
- Collaborative Success: Partner with internal teams across publishing, operations, and account management to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Market Expansion: Identify and break into new accounts across East or West Coast markets through thoughtful prospecting and relationship-building.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in media sales, with a focus on digital media and entertainment properties.
- A track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies and the ability to effectively communicate and sell at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to navigate internal and external relationships.
- Ability to develop and present integrated sales pitches across display, video, social, mobile, and experiential platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking sales activities and forecasting.
- A self-motivated, driven, and organized approach to sales.
