Job Title: Staff Audiologist (New Grads Welcome!)
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM) | No weekends or on-call
Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed and certified Audiologist to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This role is ideal for passionate professionals dedicated to diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care for patients of all ages. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests for pediatric and adult patients.
- Conduct specialized audiological testing (ABR, OAE, real ear measurements, cochlear implant evaluations).
- Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
- Educate patients on hearing devices, costs, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and insurance documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to determine treatment plans.
- Travel to satellite offices as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Audiology (or higher) with state licensure (or ability to obtain).
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Experience with hearing aid technology and audiology diagnostic equipment preferred.
- Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-ups efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary – Starting at $65K base for new grads $1,200 monthly guaranteed commission (or 7% of gross sales, whichever is greater).
