Your Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct services and maintain a consistent schedule with clients
- Offer support and guidance to families and clinical teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance treatment quality and effectiveness
- Report to the Assistant Clinical Director of ABA
Education & Certification:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of ABA experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Work Schedule & Setting
- Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)
- Setting: Outpatient facility
- Caseload: 27 billable hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
