Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our facility in Snellville, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs while fostering a safe and supportive therapy environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources and clinical needs
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individual treatment programs
- Provide supervision, training, and professional growth support for RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers
- Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment
- Analyze patient data and revise intervention plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Education
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA (Supervisory experience is a plus)
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred
