Our client, a fast-growing and well-funded Wealth Tech company here in NYC, is looking to expand their founding team with am Advisor Success Manager! This is a crucial role in their organization, as this person will be working firsthand with their client base. While this is a customer success role and does not require new logo hunting, there is still a strong aspect of upselling in this role! This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a Sales Mindset to jump into a heavy relationship building customer success role.
This role is onsite in NYC near Grand Central. Please take this into account while applying, no exceptions will be made.
Responsibilities:
- Own the client relationship from the moment they sign on with the platform
- Drive continuous use of the platform, increasing usage and upselling the amount of funds under management
- Manage any issues that arrive with utmost customer satisfaction in mind
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and where strategic upsells can be made
Qualifications:
- Strong industry knowledge in wealth management, or experience selling technology into wealth management firms
- Ability to build strong rapport with advisors and clients - must have a strong, outgoing sales personality and the ability to connect with wealth management professionals
- Experience working in a Sales or Upselling role - while this is a customer success type role, one of the main functions will be increasing usage and sales so candidates must have a sales mentality
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
