Salary: $70,000 - $78,000 per year
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead a team in delivering high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services. This role involves supervising clinical staff, overseeing treatment planning, conducting psychosocial assessments, and ensuring program compliance.
The ideal candidate will hold an LICSW or LMHC license and have experience in substance use treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff through individual and group supervision.
- Conduct intakes, substance use evaluations, and client assignments.
- Oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and manage clinician placements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinician skills.
- Assist in developing programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure consistent documentation and follow-up on treatment effectiveness.
- Supervise interns and establish an internship program with regional graduate schools.
- Direct supervision of clinical staff and interns.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- LICSW or LMHC required for supervisory role.
- LADC I or equivalent in alcohol and addiction treatment preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health, including substance use treatment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems.
- Cultural responsiveness and experience working with diverse populations.
