Requirements:
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of an accredited dialysis technician program preferred.
Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification or equivalent (required in most states).
Experience:
Previous experience in a dialysis or healthcare setting is advantageous.
Basic understanding of kidney function and dialysis principles.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting dialysis equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly.
