We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Jobseeker organization and oversee our experiences teams. The Jobseeker team manages all public-facing properties of Talent.com, driving the job search experience for millions of job seekers. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to enhance how users interact with our platform daily. From shaping strategy to driving execution, you will ensure Talent.com continues to be the preferred destination for job seekers worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead a highly productive team of exceptional software engineers and technical leaders team to deliver quality experiences for jobseekers across the globe.
- Drive the engineering strategy to enhance job seeker experience, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Analyze key metrics to measure and refine strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Be the voice of the job seeker within the organization, advocating for their needs and experience.
- Lead initiatives to increase platform adoption and user satisfaction on a global scale.
- Influence key decisions on architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions
- Model Situational Adaptability by iterating quickly without compromising quality and raising the bar on operational excellence
What You Bring:
- 10 years of experience in user experience strategy, product management, or digital marketing.
- 5 years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Experience with client infrastructure and API development.
- Experience with SEO and SEM
- Ability to quickly adapt & change engineering delivery to address changing market landscapes and internal priorities
- Deep knowledge of and experience working with a diverse group of engineers.
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning insights into action.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
- Previous experience in job search platforms, marketplaces, or tech-driven businesses is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
