What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Growth Marketing position at Talent?
Our client, a leading HealthTech startup here in NYC, is hiring for their very first Growth Marketing role! They are a well-positioned Series B, and are beginning to build out their GTM team to support their growth. This is a first of it's kind role at the company - and a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is doing amazing things for the health tech industry!

Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute growth marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition, retention and growth
- Build a strong and scalable marketing strategy including account based marketing, lifecycle marketing & demand generation
- Execute multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, paid media, content, email
- Utilize data and analytics to help optimize campaigns and shape overall strategy
- Continuously test new channels, looking for ways to harness AI
- Manage growth marketing budget in tandem with the VP Marketing
Qualifications:
- 7 years of B2B SaaS Growth Marketing experience
- Experience working in a growth mode startup - ideally series A or B
- Health tech experience is preferred, but not required!
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems - ideally Hubspot or Salesforce
- Proven experience delivering campaigns to drive revenue
