What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Sales- Healthcare Analytics position at Talent?
Our client, a leading player in the Healthcare Analytics marketplace, is looking for a Sales Director to join their team and contribute to their exponential growth. There are multiple open positions for exceptional business development talent, with specific roles focusing on upselling, and new logo acquisition. You will be selling a data analytics platform that offers multiple industry-leading features to enhance value based care for healthcare providers and payors.
This role is remote, but will require travel to meet customers and attend tradeshows.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the payor and provider healthcare market across the US
- Upsell current accounts, maximizing ARR
- Identify new business opportunities through C-Level networking, lead generation, and analyzing healthcare trends
- Identify pain points and needs of targets, and cohesively present the platform's solutions
- Be an active member of the value-based care health industry, attending tradeshows and proactively networking with executives in the space
- Confidently navigate sales cycles of 9-15 months
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience selling to the value- based care and population health industry
- Experience carrying a quota of $4M, selling to payors and providers
- Ability to build and maintain executive level relationships in the payor/provider space
- High-level knowledge of Value-based care and population health space
