Your Role & Responsibilities
- Independently deliver injury prevention and wellness services
- Engage & educate employees on workplace safety and injury prevention
- Lead group exercise classes and motivate individuals to stay active
- Conduct work-site visits and provide job conditioning support
- Effectively communicate with employees and teams in an industrial setting
- Think outside the box to develop creative solutions for employee wellness
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or a related health field
- Current certification from a recognized national exercise professional organization
- First Aid/CPR Certification
Experience & Skills:
- Experience leading group exercise classes for adults
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
