One of our best clients, a startup within the FinTech space is looking to grow their client facing team. This role will be critical to the retention of clients and the continued utilization of their FinTech platform offering.
About the role:
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both financial advisors and their clients. You’ll be the go-to person for guiding users through account setup, funding, and ongoing management, all while helping shape the future of the platform through insightful feedback.
What You'll Do:
- Support financial advisors and their clients through the account opening and funding process, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned advisors, building strong relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Collect client and advisor feedback to inform product improvements and contribute to building a scalable, high-performing client success team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Background Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of client success experience, preferably in financial services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks without compromising quality.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, always looking to improve processes.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and love building relationships.
- Have a strong understanding of investment products and account management.
Great to have but not required:
- Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses
- Experience working with FinTech platforms or innovative financial institutions
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
