Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a strategic, results-driven Human Resources (HR) Director to lead HR operations within a rapidly growing organization. The HR Director will work closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with the organization’s goals, foster a culture of engagement, and drive operational effectiveness / efficiency. The position is integral in supporting the group’s expansion while ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Leadership :
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline development for current and future organizational needs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Participate in the review and development of compensation structures, ensuring competitiveness with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement training programs at all staff levels, focusing on leadership, compliance, and professional growth.
Lead the implementation and optimization of HR software to streamline HR operations and improve decision-making.

SWBMG works in partnership with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF), a non-profit organization providing care through its affiliation with SWBMG.
