What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Recruitment Consultant position at Talent?
Talent started life in Perth, Australia in 1995, with a mission to change the face of the recruitment sector, we are a 300 person company across the globe with a 15 person office in New York City and we're looking to grow and add more people to the organization. This is an in-office position based in Midtown Manhattan!
As part of our US growth strategy we are looking to add an energetic Junior Delivery Recruitment Consultant with ideally some professional corporate experience (1 - 2 years) within Sales also doesn't have to be within recruitment!
This is an opportunity for someone to either start their career in recruitment or someone in their early stages of recruitment. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and proven $1 million billers. The position will focus on sourcing and delivery with a emphasis on candidate management.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing - via Linkedin and other databases
- Developing Talent’s brand across the US
- Delivering candidates for active roles every week
- Representing the broader offerings within the global business and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Strategic candidate sourcing and recruitment
- Developing existing & new candidate relationships in our specialist areas
Experience required:
- Previous sales experience
- A fearless and passionate approach to selling
- A natural interest in innovation and a true desire to make a difference
- Bachelor’s Degree with a high level of written and verbal communication skills
- A natural team player, a strong work ethic and the ability to lead people
- Strong customer service skills
