Our client, a well-funded and fast-growing architecture company, is hiring for an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager! Has won fastest growing firm and best place to work as they continue to work on exciting new projects. Client is known for working on some well known historic projects throughout NYC. This is a new role as the team is growing rapidly!
This is a hybrid role 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in NYC near Bryant Park.
Responsibilities:
Manage weekly inventory - office/ kitchen supplies, groceries
Scheduling - meetings, events, lunches
Handle any shipments that need to go out and go through mail that comes in
Work with the operations team on any technology inventory and software issues
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant/ office manager role
Tech Savvy - will have to help prepare documentations, help with technology issues
Must have a bachelors degree
Positive, upbeat attitude!
