Job Summary:
Humana/Centerwell is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care services to patients in the Albuquerque, NM area. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, promote patient well-being, and ensure quality clinical outcomes within the home setting. This position requires experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico (or compact license).
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent home health experience.
Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation is required.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a home setting while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
