Position Overview:
We are seeking a Children’s Mental Health Supervisor/Coordinator to oversee the Children & Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) Program. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing quality mental health services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Children’s Mental Health Division – CFTSS Program
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to support children’s mental health
- Manage caseload assignments to ensure timely access to care
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development for team members
- Track and monitor program data for compliance with state regulations
- Assist with state reports, audits, and external collaborations
- Attend state meetings and work with stakeholders to improve access to care
- Maintain a small caseload to provide direct services
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree & Licensure (LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Services
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
