Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Phenix & Alexander City, AL
Locations: Phenix & Alexander City, AL
Job Type: Part-time (2 days per week)
Shifts: Day shifts with a flexible schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine check-ups and assessments to evaluate skin and wound conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute & chronic wound issues, developing individualized care plans.
- Implement wound care treatments and ensure proper application & follow-up.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Evaluate new patient admissions and develop care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, care plans, and status changes.
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Alabama.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in wound care, including complex case management.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (preferred but not required).
