o Bachelors degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy requiredo RPH certification from the state of Texas requiredo 2 years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred)o 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists preferredschedule : variable - 0630 -1900 / possible night shifts (0630-0700 as needed)
