Essential Responsibilities

To thrive in this role, you must possess:
- 1 year of Home Health RN experience
- Active BLS (AHA) and state RN license (IL)
- Wound care expertise, including wound vacs, pleural drains, and ostomy care
- Able to perform peripheral blood draws, central line care, and IV administration
- Exceptional assessment skills
- Experience with electronic documentation
- Reliable transportation and active driver's license
