Job Description & Requirements

- Employment Type: Travel
- Flexible to the flowing schedule based on dept needs: * Day Shift 8AM – 4PM * Afternoon Shift 12PM – 8PM * Rotating Weekends 9AM – 5PM ** Skilled with working with Adults & Children ** At least 2 years’ experience as an LPN ** Prefer someone who would be okay with doing Vitals & nurse duties. Education Requirements A.Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN. B.Successful completion of required New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program for the demonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administration procedures as part of Centralized Orientation. C. Successful completion of annual unit-based review & update program in procedures associated with intravenous therapy. --Licensing and Certification Requirements (if applicable) Name: LPN - Issuing Agency: New York State Department of Health Name: Basic Life Saver (BLS)- Issuing Agency: AHA
