MUST HAVE : - 2 years Hospice RN experience - active RN License (WI or compact) - active BLS (AHA) Required Technical Skills : - IV skills - Chest tube maintenance / pleurex drain, catheter insertion, tube feedings, triage skills, wound care, wound vac, comfortable dealing with PIV, midline, central line, etc. - Competency with end of life care including pain and symptom management both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical - Experience with opioids and opioid equinalagesic table - Comfortable documenting on EMR platform - Independent critical thinker / problem solver but knows when to reach out and ask for help / questions - Flexible
