A Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)
Current Massachusetts Social Work licensure (LCSW / LICSW)
A minimum of one year related experience in a hospital environment and / or with transferable skills that apply to a fast-paced and high-urgency setting
Ability to triage crises and collaborate / coordinate with collateral agencies
Experience with protective services, child welfare, long term care, crisis intervention, chronic illness, hospice care, substance use disorders and psychiatric illnesses a plus
