The role is responsible for curating data to support reporting and business needs, analyzing and interpreting data, and crafting visualizations that transform sophisticated data into actionable insights.

The Role
The Fidelity Wealth Tech Product Health team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in reporting and data visualization. The role is responsible for curating data to support reporting and business needs, analyzing and interpreting data, and crafting visualizations that transform sophisticated data into actionable insights.
The Value you Deliver
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with business partners to capture and understand data visualization needs
- Develop and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics
- Integrate reports into other applications for enhanced business capabilities
- Build and maintain ETL processes to clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing), UI Design, Data Analytics or Statistics
- 5 years of on-the-job experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with complex data environments (including but not limited to: cloud enterprise data warehouses)
- Synthesis of data and output of research/investigation into strategic insights and practical recommendations
- Ability to manage work independently and with a high degree of efficiency
