Job Summary

If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! G3 Boats/Yamaha is looking for an energetic Buyer to help keep our procurement process on point. You'll play a key role in ensuring we have the materials, supplies, and services needed to keep our business thriving. From processing orders to maintaining accurate records and working with vendors, your organizational skills will shine in this role!

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in sourcing necessary materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining purchasing documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
