Location: Hybrid onsite in Greenwood Village, CO
Compensation: $50-60/hr
Day To Day Responsibilities

Day To Day Responsibilities
- The role of the Scrum Master is to protect the development team, remove blockers, and foster communication to ensure the team is engaged and productive.
- Responsible for facilitating all ceremonies, closely monitoring velocity, advocating for Agile processes, and provide regular progress reporting.
- The candidate will need to be driven, diplomatic, detail-oriented, organized, and able to foster and maintain positive communication among various stakeholders and departments.
- Ability to handle multiple projects of moderate to high complexity within one or more environments.
- Provide status reports across products/programs detailing current progress, blockers, issues, and other relevant details to stakeholders
- Schedules and facilitates all ceremonies, owns all conference and meeting room requirements, promptly publishes meeting notes, and actively ensures action items are completed
- Proposes and implements process changes as necessary and strives towards continuous improvement.
- Maintains Jira to track user stories, sprint progress, and longer-term roadmaps; Maintains Confluence/Chalk (wiki) for any team documentation
- Handle all "Blocking and Tackling" of distractions to development teams, as well as address and resolve blockers as they arise
- Responsible for leading the teams in adhering to Agile processes/activities
- 4 years of Scrum Master experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master for multiple software development teams simultaneously
- Experience working in an enterprise organization with multiple cross functional teams.
- Patience to work in an environment and culture that is evolving and becoming more Agile
- SAFe experience is a plus, but not an Agile or SAFe purist
- Ability to keep a very tight Jira board; ensure it is updated, take care of your tickets, help drive this with the team
- Personality that is flexible, adaptable, collaborative, patient, easy going, roll with the punches, thick skinned
