The annual base salary for this position is $59,100.00-$73,900.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is overtime eligible.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative needs and operations for the training team, including communication, data entry, databases, data analysis, and dashboards.
- Manage the acquisition of materials and equipment through inventory development and storage including progress tracking with multiple internal groups.
- Support the preparation, set-up, and clean-up of materials and A/V for classes.
- Attend and support classes, meetings, and events, as needed (times may vary)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
- 2 years of administrative experience and strong experience in logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- Experienced with a database system
- Strong organizational skills and ability to keep detailed records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, including use of Macros, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Understanding of Lean processes and Continuous Improvement.
- Able to create and follow standardized routines and SOPs.
- Able to interpret instructions and translate them into effective actions.
- Able to work within an environment with rapidly changing timelines and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaborating with colleagues with a variety of job functions across multiple geographical locations.
- Preferred: Proficiency in the Adobe programs, including InDesign.
