As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their wireless service needs. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable information about our products and services. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and build long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their accounts.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their wireless devices and services.
- Provide information on plans, features, and promotions.
- Process orders, activations, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing inquiries, payments, and adjustments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technology and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in telecommunications is a plus.
