As a Management Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their service needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their accounts.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their products and services.
- Provide information on plans, features, and promotions.
- Process orders, activations, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on service options and digital tools to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in telecommunications is a plus.
