Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Fiduciary Tax Services team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing administrative support, ensuring client-focused service delivery, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies, federal, and state regulations. This position requires a motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who is eager to learn and grow in tax administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Fiduciary Tax Services team, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal partners to foster collaboration and drive results.
- Identify potential risks, escalate issues promptly, and support risk management initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with Bank standards, policies, and federal / state laws.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment to meet deadlines and deliver results.
