Job Description : -
This position will handle information regarding motor vehicle title and registration processes. Vehicle title clerks are administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents. This position is responsible for the proper titling of all new and used cars. Knowledge of state tax and title requirements for various states is essential. A strong attention to detail is required. This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to include processing, invoicing, customer service, and other duties assigned. Overtime may be required
Position Overview :
- Meet and adhere to ADOT and MVD rules , statutes (ARS Title ), policies, and procedures by maintaining knowledge of MVD laws and regulations related to vehicle titles.
- Precisely enter data into multiple systems to complete transactions.
- Process title and registration orders through the Arizona Motor Vehicle New MAX State system.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to meet SLA commitments aligned with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Enjoy working in team settings and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients / customers, guiding them through the Title / Registration process.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and documentation.
- Uphold high standards of customer service for all interactions, both internal and external.
Provide customers with an explanation of documents and process
