This role involves managing both salaried and temporary staff, coordinating recruitment and training efforts, and maintaining high standards of customer service and productivity.

This role involves managing both salaried and temporary staff, coordinating recruitment and training efforts, and maintaining high standards of customer service and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote team of Supervisors, Team Leads, and Reimbursement Specialists.
- Oversee the benefit reverification process, ensuring goals are met and standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine best practices and drive project success.
- Provide reporting on key performance indicators and address escalated reimbursement challenges.
- Participate in customer management and market development activities, including regular management calls and training sessions.
- 4 years in a supervisory/management role within medical insurance or healthcare reimbursement.
- Experience managing remote teams is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, including benefits investigations, billing, and appeals.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
- Must be flexible with schedule and hours.
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings and project-related activities.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy laws required.
