Position: Brokerage Client Support Specialist
- Location: Lutherville Timonium, MD
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-5pm
Responsibilities:
As a Brokerage Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional client experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to provide top-tier service.
- Provide high-quality support to brokerage clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
- Perform moderately complex administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively implement solutions.
- Evaluate and escalate non-routine client issues to supervisors as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in brokerage, client services, or financial services support.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial products, services, and brokerage operations is a plus.
