Description:
Seeking a Business Analyst to join the Operations Change & Transformation team in Global Markets. The role involves managing and implementing regulatory and business-driven change initiatives, improving client experience, and ensuring compliance with regulations like MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SFTR, and SEC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for Transaction Reporting within Regulatory Change.
- Collaborate with Operations & Technology teams to address post-implementation gaps.
- Engage with industry forums and track regulatory changes from consultation to implementation.
- Define reporting requirements and conduct impact assessments.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in project/change management and business analysis.
- Background in global markets and regulatory projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile and DAIC methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in financial services, especially investment banking.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of global markets products, sales, and post-trade processing.
