At TalentBridge, we're looking for a skilled Client Support and Operations Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services or brokerage and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively implement solutions.
  • Escalate non-routine client issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in brokerage, client services, or financial services support.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with financial products, services, and brokerage operations is a plus.
