We are seeking a skilled IT Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle technical recruiting for Product & Technology teams. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop strategic hiring initiatives, source top technical talent, and ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process. The ideal candidate has experience in technical recruiting, a strong understanding of recruitment technologies, and the ability to build pipelines for highly specialized IT and engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Technology Leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Manage full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent.
- Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and university partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, FCC, and AAP requirements.
- Write and post job advertisements across various recruiting platforms.
- Promote diversity recruitment initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
- Guide hiring managers on ATS usage (iCims preferred) and ensure accurate applicant tracking and compliance.
- Conduct reference checks, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and technologies to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the selection, offer, and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of recruiting and staffing experience, preferably within IT and technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, compliance, and hiring trends.
- Ability to analyze hiring data and trends to improve recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCims preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Technology or Go-To-Market recruiting.
- Experience with iCims or similar ATS platforms.
