CRM Analyst – Corporate
Position Summary The CRM Analyst enhances customer relationship management by aligning sales and marketing needs with technology. This role implements and optimizes CRM systems, analyzes sales processes, and drives efficiency to support business growth. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Business Systems, the analyst collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and manage CRM systems as the SME.
- Lead CRM integration projects aligned with M&A strategy.
- Analyze business needs and propose scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, system stability, and process efficiency.
- Develop and deliver user training and support.
- Maintain vendor relationships for updates and improvements.
- Manage CRM-related projects and document system changes.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and IT.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High adaptability, organization, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred; distribution/manufacturing background a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- 3 years as a CRM analyst with system integration experience.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
