We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Associate Analyst to join our dynamic team in the financial industry. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to advisors who are subscribed to our in-house client reporting software. Your primary responsibilities will involve responding to inbound inquiries, offering technical assistance, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from advisors using our client reporting software, addressing queries and concerns with precision
- Provide technical support and guidance, helping clients navigate software functionality and resolve data analysis-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback for ongoing improvements to the software
- Stay informed about software updates, enhancements, and features to offer timely and accurate support to clients
- Accurately document client interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer-centric service in all communications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment industry practices
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in the financial or software sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
