Senior Dynamics 365 Developer/Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business and functional skills along with advanced technical hands-on expertise in CRM principles, including customization and configuration, integration, data management, performance optimization, and security management.
Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, with at least 1 year as a software architect
✅ Strong knowledge of CRM principles, including customization and configuration
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL, and common CRM development tools
✅ Expertise in Power Platform, including Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
✅ Experience with Azure services and API-based data services for analytics and visualization
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
✅ Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design, develop, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications
🔹 Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring optimal performance and usability
🔹 Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services to streamline business processes
🔹 Manage data migration, cleansing, and transformation for accurate and efficient data management
🔹 Optimize system performance through effective coding practices and troubleshooting
🔹 Ensure security measures are in place to protect sensitive data within the CRM environment
🔹 Utilize Power Platform (CDS, PCF) to enhance user experience and functionality
🔹 Leverage Azure and API-based data services for data analysis and reporting solutions
🔹 Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members
🔹 Other duties as assigned
