NLP AND IVR Experience is Must Required for this.
🔹 Data Analyst
- Perform data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Design, test, and document processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, including databases and external websites.
- Respond to data inquiries and create both scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
- Experience with relational databases and query/statistical tools preferred.
🔹 Data Scientist
- Mine complex data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Design and implement statistical models and data mining techniques (clustering, regression, decision trees, etc.).
- Work with teams to manage large datasets and develop predictive models.
- Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills required.
