Job Description:
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to internal employees and contractors. You’ll handle software installations, hardware troubleshooting, and new hire equipment setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and laptop support (Windows 10/11 & Mac OS).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform laptop deployment, imaging, and migrations.
- Support Cisco equipment and Apple devices.
- Assist with new hire setups in Charlotte.
- Deliver excellent customer support.
Qualifications:
- Ops support and IT troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Mac OS.
- Experience with Apple equipment and Cisco support.
- Strong customer service skills.
Salary : $18 - $20
