Our client is looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join their U.S. team and collaborate with international HR partners. This role will oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and payroll support, ensuring seamless integration of HR processes across global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS management, payroll processing, and international HR coordination.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer preparation. Assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition by preparing paperwork, setting up workspaces, and fostering a welcoming experience.
- Employee Administration: Manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, health and safety, benefits, training, payroll, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records. Support HR data entry, policy communication, and updates to the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart while ensuring confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in managing the Health and Wellness program and facilitate open enrollment, ensuring employees are well-informed about their benefit options.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide administrative support for employee relations, track disciplinary actions, and act as a resource for HR-related inquiries. Offer policy guidance, assist in discrimination/harassment investigations, and support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Assist with terminations, including paperwork preparation, witnessing, and conducting exit interviews.
- Payroll Support: Aid in payroll processing, including timekeeping, attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and PTO management. Ensure payroll accuracy and respond to employee inquiries.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes by tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and assisting with feedback and goal setting. Provide guidance on career development and performance-related concerns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Assist with compliance audits, maintain organized HR documentation, and stay informed on regulatory updates to implement necessary policy changes.
- Training & Development: Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs to enhance skills, support career growth, and align with business needs.
Qualifications – What You Bring:
- Experience: 3 years in an HR generalist or related role with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and HR best practices, including labor laws, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
