Job Title: Recruiter II

JOB SUMMARY
Works with Product and Technology Leaders and Senior HR Leaders to determine hiring requirements and manage full-cycle technical recruiting. Partners with hiring managers to recruit and select qualified candidates. Analyzes hiring processes to identify areas of opportunity for improved quality of hire and time to hire. Aligns recruitment practices to employment branding. Ensures compliance with EEO, FCC, and AAP requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with Senior Technology Leadership and Senior HR Leadership to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for technical recruitment across business units such as Product & Technology and Business.
- Screens, selects, interviews, and evaluates potential candidates, including experienced full-time talent.
- Identifies alternative recruitment methods such as online recruitment platforms, professional organizations, technical programs, and universities to target technically skilled individuals requiring highly specific industry certifications.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
- Writes and places advertisements and job postings.
- Promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment strategies accordingly. Implements diversity recruitment initiatives and participates in relevant recruitment conferences and outreach efforts.
- Communicates hiring processes and partners with hiring managers on ATS and EEO/FCC compliance; monitors internal staffing compliance with EEO/FCC requirements.
- Verifies applicants' qualifications by conducting interviews, tests, and reference checks. Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers and conducts intake meetings and feedback sessions.
- Remains up-to-date on the latest recruitment technologies, makes recommendations on recruitment sourcing initiatives, and advises client groups on the latest resources.
- Utilizes the applicant tracking system (iCims) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and ensure proper disposition of candidates.
- Manages the recruiting lifecycle, including selection, offer, and onboarding processes.
- Performs other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Required Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Related Work Experience
- Recruiting/staffing experience – 5 years

- Applicant Tracking System (iCims) experience – 3 years (strongly preferred)
- Experience in Technology Recruitment and/or Go-To-Market Recruiting – 3 years
